What's included in the $3,750 program fee?

Excursions and Visits:

• All cultural excursions, company and institution visits, day trips,
  entrance fees and overnight excursions as described in the itinerary

Accommodation: (double occupancy, private bathrooms and breakfast included daily)

• 5 nights at a 3-star hotel in Budapest, Hungary
• 5 nights at a 3-star hotel in Vienna, Austria

Meals:

• Breakfast daily
• Welcome dinner at a Hungarian restaurant in Budapest
• Lunch allowances on Days3, 7 and 10
• Group welcome dinner in Vienna
• Farewell dinner at an Austrian restaurant in Viennain London

Transportation:

• Roundtrip airfare to / from Europe
• Public transportation passes while Budapest and Vienna
• Transportation by private bus from Budapest to Vienna
• Ground transportation for certain excursions made by private coach bus where noted in the itinerary

On-site Coordinator:

• During all planned activities and excursions while in Great Britain and France

Insurance:

• CareMed Gold insurance (International travel health insurance includes: health coverage,
  medical evacuation, repatriation, lost luggage, and third party liability insurance)

Not included in the $3,750 program fee:

• Regular tuition for 3 credit hours
• Passport or visa expenses

Students should bring additional money to cover these costs:

• Personal and misc. expenses
• 14 meals
